摘要
科学合进地设计高职院校"双师双能型"教师考核评价体系是加强高职院校内涵建设的重要内容,是提升高职院校办学水平的关键,本文分析了湖南省高职院校"双师双能型"教师考核评价体系上存在的问题,探索了"双师双能型"教师考核评价原则、内容、方法。
The scientific integration design of the'double teacher and double energy'teacher assessment system in higher vocational colleges is an important content of strengthening the connotation construction of higher vocational colleges and is the key to improving the level of higher vocational colleges.This paper analyzes the existing problems in the evaluation system of'double teacher and double energy'teachers in higher vocational colleges in Hunan province,and explores the evaluation principles,contents and methods of'double teacher and double energy'teachers.
