摘要
随着二孩政策的开放,我国迎来了二胎生育的高峰期,随之而来的就是助产士人才的紧缺。对此,作为人才培养的主阵地,高职院校需要加大对助产专业人才的培养,推动我国助产事业快速、健康的发展。
With the opening up of the two-child policy, China has ushered in the peak of two-child birth, followed by the shortage of midwives. Therefore, as the main position of talent cultivation, higher vocational colleges need to increase the cultivation of midwifery professionals and promote the rapid and healthy development of midwifery in China.
