摘要
在大学生就业压力日益严峻的形势下,受约瑟夫·奈(Josepr Nye)于1990年提出的"软实力"一词影响,我国学者虽从2006年才开始提出"大学生就业软实力"一词并展开相应研究,但在实质上,黄炎培先生早在倡导职业教育之初,就给予了学生软实力培养以重要地位。黄炎培不仅从公民素养及职业道德两个层面对大学生就业应具备的软实力内容作了详细论述,还对其重要性及养成途径作了多方探索并实践,其中很多思想对当今仍具有极强的现实意义。
Under the background that the employment pressure of college students is increasingly becoming severe,the scholars in China,who were influenced by the phrase "soft power" advocated by Joseph Nye in 1990,put forward the phrase "college students’ soft power of employment" and made some corresponding researches upon it from 2006.However,as a matter of fact,Mr.Huang Yanpei laid much emphasis upon the importance of the training of students’ soft power at the beginning of his advocacy of vocational education.Not only did Huang Yanpei explain,in detail,the content of the soft power of employment possessed by the college students from the perspective of civic accomplishment and professional ethics,he also explored its importance and the development paths in different ways and tried to put it into practice.Even at the present time,a lot of thoughts put forward by Huang Yanpei have their strong practical significance.
