摘要
采用反算法对砂型的热物性参数进行实验研究 ,并用自制的实验测温装置对工厂实际生产的硅砂的热物性参数进行测量 ,测量值得到模拟结果的验证 ;为本厂生产汽车后制动鼓铸件进行数值模拟 。
The thermal physical parameters of sand mold have been measured by the self-built temperature measure system. And then all the data have been studied with the inverse method. The measuring result is conformed with the simulation result. So we have got the practical and reliable thermal physical parameters.
