摘要
从新能源消纳角度出发,对影响大规模新能源并网低碳效益的关键因素进行了理论分析,以新能源限电率作为衡量新能源并网的低碳效益评估指标。基于此,综合考虑风光出力特性、负荷特性、机组调峰特性、供热机组热电耦合特性、开机方式和电网输送能力等因素,建立了计及大规模风能和太阳能发电的年度时序生产模拟仿真模型。该模型是混合整数规划问题,采用分支界定法对其进行求解。以某省级电网为例,对影响电网低碳经济因素进行量化分析,计算结果验证了所提时序仿真模型的合理性及理论分析的正确性,对中国低碳经济要求下的网源规划及政府相关政策的制定具有重要指导意义。
Proceeding from the accommodating capability of renewable energy,some key factors that affect low-carbon benefits resulting from renewable energy integration are analyzed,and an index of curtailment rate of renewable energy is utilized to measure low-carbon benefits.Based on this,an annual sequence production simulation model with large-scale wind power and photovoltaic(PV) power is proposed,which takes into account wind power and PV power output characteristics,load characteristics,load regulation characteristics of units,thermoelectric coupling characteristics of heating units,transmission capacity and some other factors.This mixed integer programming model is solved by the branch and bound method.With a certain provincial power grid as an example,the factors influencing grid low-carbon economy are quantitatively analyzed.The rationality of the model proposed and the correctness of theoretical analysis are verified by the results of calculation,which is of great guiding significance to electrical source planning and the formulation of relevant government policies required by low-carbon economy.
