中安煤化工465t/h锅炉氨法烟气脱硫工程应用实例 被引量:2

摘要 阐述了氨法烟气脱硫工艺原理,介绍了中安煤化工4×465t/h锅炉氨法脱硫技术整体工艺方案,分别论述了吸收系统、硫铵结晶脱水系统、液氨储存及蒸发系统、工艺水系统、地坑及事故排放系统、控制系统工艺流程;并对氨法烟气脱硫运行成本进行了分析,提出了成本控制措施。该工艺保证脱硫装置出口烟气SO2浓度≤30mg/m3,烟气烟尘浓度≤5mg/m3,雾滴浓度≤30mg/m3,达到了国家最新排放标准。 Principle of ammonia flue gas desulfurization process is discussed and the whole technology scheme of ammonia desulfurization in 4×465t/h boiler is introduced in the paper.The absorption system,ammonium sulfate crystallization and dehydration system,liquid ammonia storage and evaporation system,process water system,melt pit and accident discharge system and control system are discussed respectively.The operation cost of ammonia flue gas desulfurization is analyzed and the cost control measures are put forward.This process guarantees that the concentration of SO2 in the outlet flue gas of desulfurization unit is less than 30 mg/Nm3,dust concentration is less than 5mg/m3,dripping concentration is less than 30mg/m3,which reach the latest national emission standard.
