摘要
氨法脱硫工艺技术在国内化工、火电厂中小型机组领域应用普遍,是一种符合循环经济要求的绿色环保技术,以其资源化、效率高等独特优势被业界所重视。随着国家对大气污染物排放监测标准提高,氨法脱硫工艺气溶胶、氨逃逸控制以及净烟气总尘控制、系统的腐蚀性等问题,对未来煤种的适应性、超净排放均面临技术挑战。本文介绍了氨法脱硫工艺的主要吸收反应机理及工艺流程,以及对氨法脱硫工艺过程中脱硫效率、氨逃逸及气溶胶水平、亚硫酸铵氧化、硫酸铵结晶等主要影响因素从设计、工艺控制进行分析并给出解决方法,对周期循环过程中设备系统的磨损、腐蚀、堵塞、结垢以及防腐材料、新材料应用等维修中存在的技术难题给予分析和解决方法。结果表明,工艺控制和维修管理技术的完善性已是氨法脱硫工艺长周期运行的关键,通过完善工艺控制的标准循环和维护管理环节的提升,以及新材料的应用,氨法烟气脱硫工艺适用性、可靠性将会进一步得到提升,同时带来一定的经济效益和社会效益。
Ammonia desulfurization process technology is widely used in domestic chemical and small-andmedium units of thermal power plants. It is a kind of green environmental protection technology which meets the requirement of circular economy,it is much accounted of by the industry because of its unique advantag. es,like reutilization,high efficiency,etc.. With the improvement of national emission monitoring standards for air pollutants,problems such as ammonia desulfurization process aerosol,ammonia escape control,total dust control of net flue gas,and corrosiveness of the system,etc.,the adaptability to future coal species and super-net emissions are facing technical challenges. This paper introduces the main absorption reaction mechanism and technological process of ammonia desulfurization process, the main influencing factors such as desulfurization efficiency,ammonia escape,aerosol level,ammonium sulfite oxidation and ammonium sul. fate crystallization in the process of ammonia desulfurization are analyzed from the aspects of design and pro. cess control,and the solutions are given. This paper analyzes and solves the technical problems existing in the maintenance of equipment system,such as wear,corrosion,clogging,scaling and the application of an. ti-corrosion materials and new materials. The results show that the perfection of process control and mainte. nance management technology is the key to the long-term operation of the ammonia desulfurization process, through the improvement of the standard cycle of process control and maintenance management,and also the application of new materials,the applicability and reliability of ammonia gas desulfurization technology will be further improved,and bring certain economic and social benefits.
