摘要
目的 :探讨镁离子 (Mg2 + )在 0 1mmol·L-1谷氨酸诱发的海马神经元损伤中的作用。方法 :将神经元从新生SD大鼠海马中分离后培养 6~ 9d ,随机分成 3组。对照组 :单纯培养基 ;谷氨酸组 :培养基 +5种不同浓度的谷氨酸 ;镁离子组 :培养基+5种不同浓度的Mg2 + ,30min后再加入 0 1mmol·L-1谷氨酸。结果 :谷氨酸组海马神经元存活率与对照组相比显著地呈剂量依赖性降低 ;与谷氨酸组比较 ,镁离子组低浓度的Mg2 + 可提高经谷氨酸处理的海马神经元的存活率。结论 :低浓度的Mg2 +能保护谷氨酸诱发损伤的海马神经元。
AIM: To investigate the effect of magnesium ion (Mg 2+ ) on neuronic damage induced by 0.1 mmol·L -1 glutamic acid. METHODS: The neurons isolated from hippocampal in rats were cultured for 6-9 d, and then randomly divided into 3 groups: medium alone (group A), medium+glutamic acid (group B), and medium + Mg 2+ (group C), adding up glutamic acid after 30 min. RESULTS: As compared with group A, the survival rate of hippocampal neurons in group B was remarkably decreased in dose dependent mauner. In contrast to group B, When the concentration of Mg 2+ was lower, the survival rate of hippocampal neurons in group C was significantly increased. CONCLUSION: Mg 2+ was lower concentration could protect hippocampal neurons form damage induced by glutamic acid.
