摘要
对60例重度中老年糖尿病患者进行了血清中钾、钠、钙、镁的含量测定，并与正常对照组进行了比较。结果表明，病例组的糖尿病患者钙、镁水平低于正常对照组，差异均非常显著（P＜0．01）。血清钾水平高于对照组，且差异非常显著（P＜0．01）。钠水平有所降低，但与对照组比较差异天显著性（P＞0.05）
The contents of metal elements K, Na, Ca and Mg in serum from 60 severe diabetics were detected, and compared with the control group. The results showed that the conents of Ca, Mg and Na of the diabetic group were lower than those of the control group, and the difference was high significant for Ca and Mg (P<0.01), but it was not significant for Na(P>0.05); content of K in diabetic group was higher than in control group, and the difference was high significant(P<0.01).
