摘要
本文选取中国1992—2015年小口径的财产性收入数据和社会经济指标,建立财产性收入分配体系,界定财产性收入比重合理性的内涵和外延,依据外延对财产性收入比重合理性进行测度。结果显示:从财产性收入分配起点和分配过程视角,现阶段中国居民财产性收入比重是基本合理和合理的。但从财产性收入分配结果视角分析,中国居民财产性收入比重合理性变动幅度较大,财产性收入比重大幅波动是造成合理性变动的主要原因。基于测度模型和数值模拟对居民财产性收入比重的合理性区间进行测算,结果显示中国居民财产性收入比重在合理性区间内并未呈现大幅度增加或减少。为此,应稳步提高居民财产性收入,并采取监督和预警措施来保障居民财产性收入合理发展。
This paper selects the small-caliber property income data and socioeconomic indicators from1992 to 2015 to establish a property income distribution system,defines the connotation and extension of the rationality of the proportion of property income,and measures the rationality of the proportion of property income based on the extension.The results show that from the perspective of the property income distribution origination and process,the proportion of China residents’ property income is basically reasonable and reasonable.However,from the perspective of the property income distribution result,the rationality of the proportion of China residents’ property income is volatility.The fluctuation in the proportion of property income is the main reason for the rationality changeable.Based on the measurement model and numerical simulation,the paper predicts the rationality of the proportion of residents’ property income.The results show that the proportion of residents’ property income in China has not increased significantly.Therefore,the paper proposes making sure the increasing of residents’ property income steadily,adopting supervision and early warning measures to ensure the reasonable development of residents’ property income.
