摘要
采用钎焊-烧结修复K465铸造高温合金件的铸造缺陷和使用后产生裂纹等大面积缺陷,通过混合带、混合粉、预填粉及预先烧结法四种方法进行缺陷修复,采用光学显微镜及扫描电镜分析组织。根据实验结果推荐预填粉及预先烧结的钎焊-烧结连接工艺进行大缺陷的修复,热等静压有利于消除焊缝内的显微空隙。
Vacuum brazing-sintering repair for large casting defects and post-use cracks of K465 superalloy components is studied in this paper. And brazing-sintering repair experiments are carried out with mixture belt,mixed powder,pre-added powder and presintered powder respectively added in the defects. The microstructures of the repaired areas are analyzed by means of OM,SEM and EDS,and the result shows that pre-added and pre-sintered brazing-sintering are preferred to repair these defects. Furthermore,hot isostatic pressing(HIP) treatment makes for clearing micro-holes in the welded joint.
