国产耐热合金钎料与进口钎料焊缝组织对比分析

摘要 利用真空钎焊方法,分别采用国产BNi-2和进口BNi-2钎料,对GH1035高温合金进行钎焊,通过对比不同宽度焊缝的焊缝组织,得出国产钎料焊缝宽度大于80μm时,焊缝中间存在共晶组织;当焊缝宽度在50~80μm时,焊缝主要组织为固溶体组织;焊缝宽度小于50μm时,焊缝出现夹渣等缺陷.而在与国产钎料同等宽度焊缝中,因进口钎料钎焊温度较高,焊缝组织主要为固溶体组织,焊缝及界面处元素浓度变化曲线较国产钎料平缓,焊缝组织优于国产钎料,界面处元素扩散好于国产钎料. With the vacuum brazing method, heat - resistant alloy GH1035 is brazed with homemade BNi - 2 alloy and imported BNi - 2 alloy respectively. By comparsons between different width of microstructures, it is shown that when brazing joint width of homemade BNi -2 alloy is between 80 - 120μm, there are euteetie structure in brazing joint; when the brazing joint width is between 50 -80μm, brazing joint is mainly Solid Solutions, when the brazing joint width is less than 50μm, slag inclusion is founded in the brazing joint, while within the same width, imported brazing filler metal is basically Solid Solutions. Because of higher brazing temperature, the defuse rate of imported brazing filler metal elements is faster than homemade brazing filler metal at the brazing joint interface.
