摘要
目前钎焊耐热合金类材料时,大多数企业采用进口BNi-2钎料,这不仅成本较高,有时由于供货不及时而延误工期。针对飞机发动机部件用材料GH1035的钎焊,分别使用国产BNi-2和进口BNi-2两种成分的钎料进行对比分析,以润湿性能和接头强度作为主要评定指标,结果表明:两种钎料在GH1035母材上的润湿铺展面积相近,润湿角均为零;接头剪切强度均可达290MPa,但国产钎料的焊缝硬度稍高。因此,在适当的钎焊工艺条件下,国产BNi-2钎料可以较好地代替进口BNi-2钎料。
BNi-2 brazing filler metal is widely used to braze heat-resistant alloys by most enterprises recently in China. Depending on importing, the cost will inevitably be increased and even delay the producing cycle because of the shortage of brazing stuff. Both homemade and imported BNi-2 brazing filler metals, which used in brazing the material GH1035 used to fabricate aircraft engine parts, were compared under the same conditions. Wetting ability and the joint strength as evaluation factors were selected. It was shown that the spread areas of both brazing alloys are similar, and both wetting angles are zero on the GH1035 alloy, and the shear strength of the joint brazed with both filler metal are a-bove 290 MPa, but the hardness of the joint brazed with domestic filler metal is higher than that with imported metal.
