摘要
文章阐述了真空节能泵组改造的重要性,说明了真空泵组改造的原因及意义,提出了高效真空泵组节能改造的方案,分析了改造后的效果并对其进行了抽气量的核算。结果表明,该技术具有明显的节能效益,推广意义重大。
This paper expounds the importance of the reformation of the vacuum energy-saving pump unit,explains the reasons and significance of the vacuum pump unit reformation,proposes the energy-saving reformation scheme of the highefficiency vacuum pump unit,analyzes the effect after the reformation and calculates the pumping capacity.The results show that the technology has obvious energy-saving benefits,and the promotion is of great significance.
