摘要
针对直接空冷机组夏季运行背压偏高、能耗较高的问题,以近年来直接空冷系统技术改造的成功案例为借鉴,提出了数项技术改造方案,采取的技术路线为:在不改变现有空冷系统冷却能力的前提下,设置尖峰冷却系统分流进入主机凝汽器的排汽,降低主机凝汽器热负荷;或者在冷端系统热负荷不变的前提下,增容改造,提高空冷系统的冷却能力。
Aiming at the problems of high back pressure and high energy consumption of direct air cooling unit in summer,several technological transformation schemes are put forward based on some successful cases of direct air cooling system inrecent years. Such as : Without changing the cooling capacity of the existing air cooling system, the peak cooling system isarranged to split the exhaust gas into the main steam condenser to reduce the heat load; Under the condition of constant heatload, the cooling capacity of the air cooling system can be improved by increasing the whole capacity of the air cooling system.
