基于LLC感应加热电源IGBT并联电容降低开关损耗探讨 被引量:2

摘要 针对LLC感应加热电源在扫频控制方式下存在IGBT关断损耗较大的问题,采用在IGBT的CE两端并联电容的方法来降低开关管的关断损耗。通过对关断状态下电路的分析,得出IGBT的关断损耗与CE两端并联电容的定量关系,并以此为参考依据选取合适的并联电容值,同时满足IGBT的ZVS开通和降低IGBT的关断损耗。最后通过试验验证了这种方法的有效性。 For the problem that the switchingloss of IGBT is large when the system is in the PFM control mode,the method of parallelleling capacitorsat both ends of the CE of IGBT is adopted in the paper.The quantitative relationship between IGBT switchingloss and parallel capacitance is obtained by analyzing the circuit under switching-off state.The suitable parallel capacitance is selected to meet ZVS and reducing switch-off loss according to the relationship.Finally,this method is verified by experiments.
