摘要
应用ANSYS软件采用"雨流法"对控制棒驱动机构单齿钩爪进行疲劳分析。通过静态分析确定危险部位在钩爪齿根部,以加载和空载状态下的齿根部位的应力作为疲劳循环的应力对,运用雨流法,结合主流机型钩爪的试验次数进行疲劳分析,得出安全系数,确定钩爪设计的寿期步数满足疲劳要求。
Fatigue analysis of control rod drive mechanism latch is done with rainflow method by ANSYS series. Latch root is the dangerous position through static analysis, stress pair is made of load and no load condition, fatigue is done with rainflow method considering main current types. Safety factor is got and the latch design life meets the fatigue requirement.
