摘要
针对直接空冷系统单排管基管和翅片之间的焊接强度进行了模拟分析。采用ANSYS软件的有限元分析方法得到典型工况条件下单排管换热元件的应力分布与结构形变,确定了结构的危险部位和最大应力。
A simulated analysis has been carried out on the welding strength between the base tube and fin of single-row tube in the direct air-cooled system.The stress distribution and structural deformation of the heat exchange parts in the single-row tube have been obtained under typical working condition by means of the method of finite element analysis with ANSYS software and the critical position and Max.stress in its structure have been determined.
