摘要 文中介绍一套基于LabVIEW软件开发的直流微弱电流表/源自动校准系统,重点介绍系统的硬件结构及软件设计方法。该系统直流电流测量范围为1p A^10A。即实现了直流微弱电流表的自动校准,又可同时完成直流微弱电流源的自动校准。在软件设计时遵循"数据准确、界面合理、易于扩展"设计原则,采用模块化设计方法。通过实际应用证明该系统通过自动数据采集、自动数据处理、自动数据保存、生成证书报告,实现了对直流微弱电流表/源的自动校准和可靠的数据管理。 The paper introduces a set of automatic calibration system of DC week current meter/source based on LabVIEW software, especially introduces hardware structure and design methods of software. The DC current measurement range is 1p A to 10 A. The system realizes the automatic calibration of the DC weak current meter, and it can also realize the automatic calibration of the DC weak current source. The software design adopts the modular design method,according to the design principle of 'data accuracy, reasonable interface and easy to expand'. The practical application has proved that the system achieves the automatic calibration of the DC weak current meter/source and the reliable data management by automatic data acquisition, automatic data processing, data automatic storage, generating report.
