摘要
介绍了微电流的测量方法,并且根据微弱电流测量电路的模型,分析了产生误差的原因并且给出了应该采取的解决方案。
In this paper,several methods of low current measurement are introduced. According to module of the circuit to be measured, sources of current errors are discussed and some effective methods in practical measurement are presented.
