摘要
为了分析在非对称加湿下质子交换膜燃料电池(PEMFCs)的性能,考虑了压力降并推导了饱和蒸汽压计算公式,提出了湿度(RH)模型。建立了三维几何模型,并且将RH模型嵌入Fluent软件进行仿真计算。搭建燃料电池测试系统,对PEMFCs进行阴阳极非对称加湿操作。结果表明,采用非对称加湿操作,更加灵活方便的达到燃料电池最优性能;采用RH模型的仿真与试验结果吻合,在75%ARH(阳极湿度)和100%CRH(阴极湿度)下,电流密度560mA/cm2时,仿真值和试验值几乎没有误差。
In order to analyze the performance of proton exchange membrane fuel cells(PEMFCs)under asymmetric humidification,the effect of pressure drop is considered and saturation pressure is given,and relative humidity(RH)model is proposed.Three-dimensional geometric model was established,and then the RH model was embedded into Fluent software for simulation.The fuel cell test system was built and the PEMFCs was tested under asymmetric humidification.The results show that it is more flexible and convenient to achieve the optimal performance of fuel cell,using asymmetric humidity.RH model results are in good agreement with the experimental results,and there is almost no error between the simulation value and experiment value under working temperature 60℃,anode humidity 75%,cathode humidity 100%and current density 560 mA/cm2.
