摘要
电动汽车电池系统在生产及售后环节,为达到规定的充电压差一致性要求,和放电压差一致性要求,需要对电池进行均衡。本文利用三元体系锂离子电池,在充电末期和放电末期,电压与容量对应的关系,联立计算充电末期电压和放电末期电压,从而得出单个模组需要充电或放电的容量,并给出了预期均衡效果,达到了对电池系统可修复程度的定量评估的目的。相比于传统恒压均衡,均衡一次合格率提升了3倍。
In the production and after-sale process of EV battery system,it is necessary to balance the battery to achieve the required consistency of charge and discharge voltage difference.In this paper,the relation between the voltage and the capacity of the NCM lithium ion battery at the end of charging and discharge is used,simultaneous calculation of charging terminal voltage and discharge terminal voltage,so as to obtain the capacity of a single battery module to charge or discharge,the expected equilibrium effect is given and the aim of quantitatively evaluating the repair degree of the battery system is achieved.Compared with the traditional constant voltage charge equalization,the equilibrium pass rate was increased by three times.
