摘要
不一致性使得电池在成组后容量利用率方面远不及单体电池,现有的均衡方法注重防止电池过充过放,控制策略没有兼顾能量利用效率,均衡过程能量损失较大。基于单体电池剩余容量估算,通过对电池体质的在线辨识,将电池划分为倾向于过放、倾向于过充以及与整体平均剩余容量变化一致3类,并依据电池体质合理地分配每类电池的均衡能量。实验表明该方法较传统的电压中心均衡策略能够有效缩小单体电池剩余容量差异,电池组容量利用率提升了3.3%。
The inconsistency of battery leads the capacity utilization of battery pack far less than a single cell.Ex-isting equalization methods focus on preventing over-charge and over-discharge, and the control strategies don ’ t take into account energy efficiency.The energy is wasted a lot during equalization process.Based on estimation of the state of charge of a single cell, this paper classifies the cell into three categories: tend to over discharge, tend to overcharge and follow the change of the average remaining capacity , through online identification of the charac-teristic of batteries, then allocates energy reasonably for each category.The experiments validate that this method can reduce the difference of the remaining capacity of a single cell effectively comparing with voltage center strate-gy.The capacity utilization of battery pack is increased by 3.3%.
