摘要 2015年我国铅蓄电池产量21000万千伏安时,用铅量约400万吨,废铅蓄电池产生量约310万吨,但危险废物经营单位规范体系有组织的回收率约16%,绝大部分废铅蓄电池通过个体回收商贩流入非法回收冶炼,存在废酸倾倒,污染严重。为此亟待建立规范的废铅蓄电池回收体系,履行生产者责任,通过销售网络回收废铅蓄电池,规范流向,防治铅污染。 Lead battery production in our country is about 210 million kVAh in 2015,which consumes about 4million tons lead and produces 3.1million tons used lead-acid batteries.While,the recovery rate of hazardous waste is only about 16% by management unit system's organized recycling.Vast majority of used lead-acid batteries were collected by individual traders and flowed into illegal recovery smelting,which made severe pollution by dumping waste acid.Therefore,establish a standard scrap of lead-acid battery recycling system and perform producer's responsibility is necessary.At the same time,recycling waste lead batteries through the sales network and setting a standard can contribute to the prevention and control of lead pollution.
