摘要
目的对结直肠癌患者护理中快速康复外护理模式的实施效果进行探讨。方法选取我院96例结直肠癌手术患者进行研究,随机分为两组各48例,对照组给予传统护理技术,观察组给予快速康复外科护理理念,对两组护理效果进行对比。结果在术后下床活动时间、生活能自理时间及住院时间方面对比,观察组均明显少于对照组,P<0.05;并发症发生率对比,观察组为6.25%,对照组达到22.92%,两组对比,P<0.05。结论结直肠癌患者护理中快速康复外护理模式的实施可有效降低术后并发症的发生,促使患者尽快康复,应用效果较好,值得推广。
Objective nursing in patients with colorectal cancer in the rapid rehabilitation effect of nursing model were discussed.Method choose 96 patients with colorectal cancer surgery,all 48 cases were randomly divided into two groups,control group given traditional nursing technique,observation group was given rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing concept,nursing effect of two groups were compared.Results the postoperative bed activity time,the time of life can provide for oneself,and length of hospital stay in contrast,the observation group were significantly less than the control group,P< 0.05;Complication rates contrast,observation group was 6.25%,control group reached 22.92%,compared two groups,P< 0.05.Conclusion rapid rehabilitation in patients with colorectal cancer care outside of the implementation of the nursing mode can effectively reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications,encourage patients to recover as soon as possible,the application effect is good,is worth promoting.
