摘要
通过对一般商业区零售商业布局与交通条件的关系进行实证分析 ,揭示了交通在零售商业区位选择中的区域性宏观效应以及微观的线性延伸和据点辐射效应 。
The macro-effect and micro-effect (linear extension and radiation from traffic stations or cross roads) of urban transportation on the choice of retail bussiness locations were revealed in this paper by way of analysing the existing relationship between the retail bussiness layout and transportation instalments. It also offered some proposals on how the bussiness location and traffic networks should be well coordinated.
