基于新经济地理学视角下的零售商业区位选择研究

摘要 基于新经济地理学的视角下,从基本层面和市场层面两个层次分析新经济地理学研究结论中的各项因素对零售企业商业区位选择的影响过程和作用机理。在理论分析的基础上,选取有代表性的新经济地理学变量,并加入传统经济变量作为控制变量,构造一个简单的计量经济模型,进行实证分析。最后提出促进我国零售业区域发展、合理布局、提升产业竞争力的政策建议。 Based on the perspective of new economic geography, this paper analyses the influence and mechanism caused by various factors in the conclusion of new economic geography research on the choice of location of retail enterprise business from basic level and market level. On the basis of theoretical analysis, some representative variables of the new economic geography are selected, and join the traditional economic variables as control variables, construct a simple econometric model, in order to conduct the empirical analysis. On that basis, policy suggestions about promoting regional development, reasonable layout and improve the competitiveness of the industry of our country's retail trade will be proposed.
