摘要
目的:了解上海市静安区已婚育龄人群艾滋病相关知识、态度现状,为有效地开展艾滋病宣传教育提供参考,方法:2000年12月对随机抽取的837名已婚育龄人群进行艾滋病相关知识、态度等内容的问卷调查。结果:98.6％的人听说过艾滋病,但对艾滋病的认识主要停留在“能传染、能预防”上,而对艾滋病的传播途径和预防方法缺乏全面、深入的了解,调查对象艾滋病防患意识较为薄弱,30％的人认为了解艾滋病预防知识“可有可无”或“没必要”,91％的人不担心自己会染上艾滋病。艾滋病知识的主要来源是大众传媒。结论:已婚育龄人群艾滋病预防知识和防患意识有待提高,应加强艾滋病预防的宣传教育。
Objective;To know about AIDS related knowledge,altitudes of married people at fertility age in Jinan district so as to gain helpful information on now to effectively conduct IECprogram. Methods; A cross - sectional survey was conducted among 837 married people of reproductive age on December 2000. Results :98. 6 percent of the subjects heard of HIV/AIDS, Although most of them knew that HIV/AIDS has infectivity and can be prevented, they did not know the details about the mode of transmission and the approaches of prevention. 30 percent thought it unimportant or unnecessary to get the knowledge about how to prevent AIDS. 91 percent didnt fear that they would suffer from HIV/AIDS. The Subjects got their knowledge mainly from the mass media. Conclusion; It is urgent to conduct IEC program to increase the knowledge and consciousness of preventing HIV/ AIDS.
