摘要
目的 评价二维及彩色多普勒血流成像下肢动脉病变诊断中的应用。方法 对26例下肢动脉病变的患者,用2D-CDFI检测,并有血管造影和/或手术病理对照。结果 26例患者中有闭塞性动脉硬化20例,血栓闭塞性脉管炎4例,动静脉瘘及多发性大动脉炎各1例。结论 2D-CDFI诊断下肢动脉病变有较大的价值。
Purpose To evalute the application of 2D- CDFI in the diagnosis of arterial disaese in lower limbs. Methods Twenty -six cases with arterial disease in lower limbs were examed with 2D - CDFI and compared with angiographies and/or operation pathologies. Results In 26 cases there were 20 arteriosclerotic occlusion, 4 thrombovasculitis obliterans, 1 artery- vein fistula and 1 multiple aorto- arteritis. Conclusion 2D - CDFI has great applied value in diagnosing arterial disease in lower limbs.
