摘要
钢板酸洗液回收所获得的副产品Fe2O3制备铁氧体的来源之一。讨论了应用中和-氧化-沉淀-分离工艺方法,在体系中加入含铁物质中和游离盐酸,再通入空气氧化,使体系生成部分溶胶,该溶胶与硅酸胶体等杂质及聚合物相互吸附,共同沉淀分离,并经过滤处理,制取高纯Fe2O3。利用所制得的Fe2O3为主要原料,采用铁氧体制备生产工艺试制了高档永磁铁氧体,其磁性能达到了SJ/T10410-1993标准Y32牌号上限水平。
The Fe 2 O 3 recovered from pickling liquor of steel sheet is a major source of magneti c ferrite.In present work,the preparation of Fe2O3 recovered from pickling liquor followed a process of neutrali -zation -oxygenation -sedimentatio n -filtration,in which the addition of iron powder to the system neutralized the dissociative acid.And the sol was created by passing it t hrough air,furthermore ad -sorbed the impurities such as colloidal silicic acid and other complex in the system.The high purified Fe2O3 was produced after co -sedimentatio n and filtration of the mixture,by which as kind of magnetic ferrite with high inductivity was ob tained.They meets the standards of S J /T10410-1993(Y32).
