胶体蓄电池的研制(Ⅰ)——胶体电解液电性能的影响

摘要 用循环伏安法研究了胶体电解液对PbO_2和Pb电极放电性能的影响。结果表明PbO_2电极阴极还原机理为:PbO_2→PbO·PbSO_4·H_2O→PbSO_4;硅酸胶体对铅酸蓄电池正、负极充放电的电化学反应无影响,对蓄电池的放电容量和电流等有影响。加入添加剂后,可使电池的电动势和电流接近或超过纯硫酸蓄电池。探讨了硅酸钠含量,添加剂和温度对胶体触变性能与胶化时间的影响。 Influence of colloid electrolyte on charge and discharge characteristic of Pb and PbO_2 electrode has been studied by cyclic Voltammetry. The result indicates that the PbO_2 electrode is reduced cathodically in two steps: PbO_2→PbO·PbSO_4·H_2O→PbSO_4 Silicious colloid has no influence on charge and discharge characteristic of the plumbeous acid storage battery, except it has a litter effect on electric current and discharge capacity of storage battery. The electromotive force and discharge current of the battery may get access to or surpass the pure sulphuric-acid accumulator, when some additives are added. Moreover, glued time and influences of content of silicate sodium, additives and temperature on changing charateristic of colloid have been studied.
