摘要
从“以人为本”的教育理念为出发点 ,围绕体育教学过程中的几个主要环节 ,分析了传统体育教学中存在的一些不合理现象 ,提出了通过对体育教学目标的有效确定、教学内容的合理选择、教学方法的正确运作及学习效果的科学评价等途径 。
This article,based on the educational conceptual principles of 'human as a center',makes an analysis on some unreasonable phenomena existed in traditional PE teaching.It puts foward the favorable conditions for the full developing of students by determining the adequate PE teaching goals making good choice of teaching contents,correct utilization of teaching methods and scientific evaluation of studying effect.
