摘要
高等学校办学体制改革,主要是理顺政府、社会和学校权利与利益的关系,建立既适应社会发展需要又符合高校自身发展规律的新体制。本文分析了高校办学体制的法律调整范围、高校办学自主权、民办高校的法律地位及政府鼓励、支持政策等相关问题,以鉴高等学校办学体制的改革的实践。
Running school system reformation mainly solve relation among government, society and school right and duty, establish new system of adapting need of society development and accord with advanced school development law. This article analyzes relative question of law adjusting scope of running school system of advanced school, right of running school of advanced school itself, law status of non-government-run advanced school and policy of government encouragement and support, reformation practice of running school system of advanced school.
