摘要
传统的静电场描绘采用人工寻找等势点的方法,不仅效率很低,存在不同轴误差,而且数据不便于进一步分析和处理。结合教学实际,研制了由数据采集、电脑和探针扫描3部分组成的新型静电场描绘仪,用C语言编写了测试软件,通过采集卡自动采集探针的电势值,利用软件画出等势线分布图。测试了长直同轴柱形电缆的静电场和两均匀带电的长柱形带电体的静电场的电场分布情况,分析了误差的来源并提出了修正方法。实验结果表明,新型静电场描绘仪从根本上消除了不同轴误差的影响,自动化程度高,实验操作方便,提高了实验效率,形象直观。
The traditional method to find equipotential point is by manual testing which has low efficiency.A new type of electrostatic field description instruments was researched and designed,with data collecting section,computer and probe scanning system as the main components.A testing program was written in C language.The potential value of the probe was gathered by the data acquisition card automatically.The equipotent line maps have been gotten by using the software programming.The electric field distributions of the long columns with the same axis and two long charge columns of different sign under equal quantity were tested.The corresponding accuracy evaluation was performed and an error correction model was built to improve the measurement accuracy.The experiment has proved that it can enhance the experimental efficiency,eliminate the different-axis error,and improve the automation level of electrostatic field simulation,which is convenient and vivid.
