摘要
为确定夏枯草中黄酮提取的最佳工艺,以夏枯草为主要原料,在单因素试验基础上采用Box-Be-hnken中心组合试验设计和响应面(RSM)分析法,建立微波提取黄酮的二次回归方程,并以黄酮提取率为响应值绘制响应面图和等值线图.考察乙醇体积分数、微波功率、料液比及时间对黄酮提取率的影响.最佳提取工艺条件:乙醇浓度30%,微波功率300W,料液比1:70,微波时间150s,夏枯草黄酮提取率为8.80%.
In order to determine the optimum conditions for extracting flavonoids from Prunella Vulgaris under the assistance of microwave,on the basis of single factor investigation,Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface methodology(RSM) are used to provide experimental data for establishing the regression model describing the extraction of flavonoids.The extraction yield of flavonoids as the response is used to draw the response surface and contour diagrams for analyzing the effects of ethanol concentration,microwave power,material-to-liquid ratio,and extraction duration on extraction rate.It proves that the optimum extraction condition is with ethanol concentration of 30%,microwave power of 300 W,material-to-liquid ratio of 1:70,and length of microwave treatment of 150s.Under such condition,the maximum extraction yield of flavonoids is 8.80%.
