摘要
《孙子兵法》中的“用人之道”，是该名著的核心内容之一，对现代企业的人力资源管理和企业家队伍建设有着重要的借鉴作用。本文从《孙子兵法》产生的时代背景入手，结合我国现实经济和国外先进经验，着重论述其“用人之道”的“人”的使用原则、“人”的组成结构和“将”的素质要求，并从这三个方面探索其“用人之道”对我国企业加强人力资源管理和企业家队伍建设的可供借鉴与启迪之处。
The principles ofusing people in The Artof War of Sun Tzu, the key part of the m asterw ork, have w idely applied into the hum an resource m anagem ent and entrepreneur self-im provem ent in m odern enterprises. Firstly analyzing the historic background for The Art of War of Sun Tzu, this article m ainly discuss the principles of using em ployee in the m asterw ork, w ith the consideration ofcurrent econom y ofChina and foreign advanced experience. The discussion focused on three related parts:1.basic principle ofusing people;2.hierarchy structure ofem ployee; 3.standard qualification ofleader.
