摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查、比较研究等方法 ,对我国体育院校现行专业和课程设置、体育人才培养等问题进行研究。研究结果认为 :2 1世纪体育人才的基本特征没有发生根本性变化 ,只是服务于社会的领域更加广泛。改革体育高等教育的教学内容和课程设置 ,扩大学生学习的范围和领域 ,提高获取知识的能力是当前我国体育高等院校改革的重点。目前我国体育高等院校的课程设置趋向合理。但仍存在课程设置与社会发展、人才培养目标不能协调一致 ,课程结构不够合理 ,学生学习的自由度较小等问题 ,限制了各院校自由发展的空间 ,不利于市场经济体制下人才的竞争 ,也未能满足社会发展对体育人才多元化。
This article use documentary datum, issue investigation, comparative method analyzed specialty and curriculum settlement, Physical Education talent cultivation problems at present in Chinese physical education institute. The results show that Physical Education talent's fundamental characteristic is not changed except service field enlargement in society. The key of physical education institute reformation is to reform the teaching content and curriculum settlement, to broaden the students studying range and field, to improve acquire knowledge ability. Through curriculum settlement is trend to rationality at present, many problems is in exist: curriculum settlement is not coordinate to society development and target of talent cultivation, curriculum structure is unconscionable, the students freedom of study is limited; As subjec and curriculum arrangement singleness, the physical education institute freedom of development was limited, they couldn't form feature themselves
