摘要
目的 评价国产盐酸加替沙星与甲硝唑、司帕沙星、环丙沙星和克林霉素对口腔脆弱类杆菌的体外抗菌活性。方法 采用琼脂平板稀释法测定最小抑菌浓度 (MIC)。结果 盐酸加替沙星、甲硝唑、司帕沙星、环丙沙星和克林霉素对口腔脆弱类杆菌MIC90 分别为 1.0 μg/ml、2 .0 μg/ml、16 μg/ml和 32 μg/ml。 结论 盐酸加替沙星对口腔脆弱类杆菌有着较高的抗菌活性 ,在体外的抗菌作用是司帕沙星的 2倍 ,环丙沙星的 16倍、克林霉素的 32倍、甲硝唑的
Objective The antibacterial activities in vitro of domestic gatifloxacin were evaluated. Methods Minimum inhibitory concentration were determined by agar disk dilution. Results It showed that gatifloxacin?metronidazole?sparfloxacin?ciprofloxacin and clindamycin were MIC 90 1.0 μg/ml? 8.0 μg/ml 2.0 μg/ml?16μg/ml and 32μg/ml in minimal Concentration against B.fragilis graup.Conclusion The gatifloxacin showed excellent susceptibility against B.fragilis group,The antibacterial activities in vitro of gatifloxacin are stronger than that of sparfloxacin.The effect of MIC90 of gatifloxacin in against B.fragilis group above are 2 fold of sparfloxacin,16 fold of ciprofloxacin,32 fold of clindamycin,8 fold of metronidazole.
