摘要
研究国产盐酸加替沙星 (gatifloxacin)与氧氟沙星 (ofloxacin)对细菌感染小鼠败血症的体内抗菌作用。盐酸加替沙星与氧氟沙星对临床分离金葡球菌、肺炎双球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌和铜绿假单胞菌感染小鼠败血症的体内保护试验结果显示 ,盐酸加替沙星体内抗菌作用明显优于氧氟沙星 ,尤其是对肺炎双球菌、肺炎克雷伯氏菌的抗菌作用更显著优于氧氟沙星。比较试验两药 ED5 0 及 ED95 值结果 ,盐酸加替沙星和氧氟沙星对两株金葡球菌感染小鼠的体内保护作用 ED5 0 值及 ED95 值分别为 3.77、3.94与 11.17、12 .5 4及 8.86、8.2 5与2 9.18、36 .30 mg/ kg(两药 ED5 0 值与 ED95 值的 P值 <0 .0 1,具有显著差异 ) ,氧氟沙星的 ED5 0 值及 ED95 值比盐酸加替沙星大 2 .95~ 3.2倍及 3.3~ 4.4倍。盐酸加替沙星和氧氟沙星对两株肺炎双球菌感染小鼠的体内保护作用 ED5 0 值及 ED95 值分别为 2 .89、3.38与 2 0 .47、2 3.36及 8.82、8.0 6与 6 2 .10、6 2 .45 mg/ kg(两药 ED5 0 值与 ED95 值的 P值 <0 .0 1,具有显著差异 ) ,氧氟沙星 ED5 0 及 ED95 值比盐酸加替沙星大 6 .9倍及 7.1~ 7.7倍。盐酸加替沙星和氧氟沙星对两株肺炎克雷伯氏菌感染小鼠的体内保护作用 ED5 0 值及 ED95 值分别为 2 .79、3.39与 16 .16、2 4.
In this paper we reported the study results of in vivo antibacterial activity of gatifloxacin and ofloxacin against the mouse septicemia infection by clinical isolates. The results showed that the antibacterial activity of gatifloxacin was more potent than that of ofloxacin when tested against S.aureus, S.pneumoniae, K.pneumoniae , and P.aeruginosa . Especially, gatifloxacin had evidently in vivo antibacterial activities against S.pneumoniae and K.pneumoniae , and was more potent than that of ofloxacin. The protection test showed that ED 50 and ED 95 values of gatifloxacin gaginst the mouse septicemia infected by S.aureus and P.aeruginosa were 2.95~3.2, 3.3~3.4 and 1.97~2.47, 1.42~2.84 fold lower than that of ofloxacin. The ED 50 and ED 95 values of gatifloxacin against the mouse septicemia infectied by S.pneumoniae and K.pneumoniae were 6.9, 7.1~7.7 and 5.86.3, 4.6~9.24 fold lower than that of ofloxacin.
