摘要
通过对刘家峡水轮机转轮止漏环焊接性试验研究 ,选择出合适的焊接材料 ,制定了可行的焊接工艺方案 ,并在实际焊接中取得了良好效果。解决了高硬度不锈钢焊接难点 ,保证了止漏环拼焊质量 。
Through the weldability experiments for the wearing ring in Liujiaxia hydroturbine the suitable welding consumables and procedure were ascertained and applied in welding productiou.The key problem in high-hardness stainless steel welding was basically solved.The welding quality is good and the using life product is also prolonged.
