摘要
循环流化床锅炉屏式再热器采用膜式结构,安装施工时,现场对鳍片进行拼缝焊接,焊后在鳍片分段处出现了不同程度的横向裂纹,并导致水压试验时发生了泄漏。通过对裂纹产生原因进行分析,并采取新的焊接工艺方案,对缺陷进行了处理,取得明显效果。
CFB boiler platen Reheater adopted membrane structure and fins were butt welded on construction field. After welding various horizontal cracks were found on fin joints and leakage was occurred in hydrostatic test. The cause of cracks was analyzed and new welding processed were adopted. After defect being treated, the performance was excellent.
