摘要
目的 :掌握全省环氧乙烷消毒的应用现状 ,为实施规范化管理、确保消毒质量提供科学依据。方法 :对浙江省应用环氧乙烷消毒、灭菌的 2 6家单位进行调查。结果 :从 43台环氧乙烷消毒设备的使用情况发现 :83.7% (36 / 43)使用设备为成套设备 ,5 8.1% (2 5 / 43)设备的使用年限超过 3年 ;95 .4% (4 1/ 43)设备使用纯环氧乙烷气体 ;对柜内残余环氧乙烷的处理方法较原始 ,仅 12台设备具抽真空、换气设施 ,72 .1%采用自然挥发 ;对消毒后物品中残留的环氧乙烷采用自然挥发降解。 43套灭菌 (消毒 )工艺参数的调查结果显示 :2 6家单位对相应处理物品有固定的工艺参数 ,但参数的选择和控制缺乏科学性 ,34.6 %未控制相对湿度 ;对消毒操作员的调查结果发现 :44人均未经过消毒管理部门的专业培训 ,5 0 %仅初中毕业文化水平 ;工作现场防护措施差 ,47.7% (2 1/ 44 )未采取任何防护措施。调查还表明有 2 6个单位对消毒灭菌质量的监测手段落后 ,仅对消毒物品进行是否经过环氧乙烷处理的监测 ,没有 1家能开展灭菌效果监测。结论 :需加强对从业人员的专业培训 ,落实各项质控监测措施 。
Objective:To grasp the current status of application of disinfection with ethylene oxide in Zhejiang Province and ensure the quality of disinfection.Methods:Investigating 43 ethylene oxide sterilizers in 26 units.Results:Eighty three point seven percent of these sterilizers were complete sets of equipment.All these units had fixed technological parameters for sterilization,but the establishment of the parameters were not scientific and relative humidity was lost in control in 34 6% of the units.The investigation also indicated that all these units had not monitored the sterilization efficacy.All of the sterilizer operators had not been trained in special technology.Fifty percent of them had only low level educational background.Poor labor protection was found in the investigation.Most of the sterilizers had no device for exhausting the residual ethylene oxide gas in chamber after sterilization.Conclusions:It is necessary to strengthen the professional training for the operators,ensure the quality control and monitoring,and improve the labor protection.
