Yb∶Lu_xY_(1-x)PO_4混晶的生长及成分分析

摘要 用Pb_2P_2O_7作为助熔剂采用自发成核的方法生长了Yb:Lu_xY_(1-x)PO_4混晶;X射线粉末衍射分析显示Yb:Lu_xY_(1-x)PO_4晶体为四方磷钇矿结构;用光学显微镜观察了混晶的形貌,发现(100)面为混晶的解理面。红外分析表明助熔剂没有掺杂进晶体内部;根据电子显微探针分析数据,晶体分子式近似可以写成Yb_(0.05)Y_(0.475)Lu_(0.475)PO_4。 A new kind of Yb:Lu_xY_(1-x)PO_4 mixed crystal was grown by spontaneous nucleation method using lead pyrophosphate(Pb_2P_2O_7) as the flux.The X-ray powder diffraction analysis shows that the mixed crystal possesses the tetragonal xenotime structure.The(100) face morphology was investigated by optical microscopy.The results show that the(100) face is the cleavage plane of mixed crystal.The FTIR analysis shows the flux is not been included in the crystal.The molecular formula of the crystal could be written as Yb_(0.05)Y_(0.475)Lu_(0.475)PO_4 approximatively in accordance with the EPMA(Electron Probe Microanalysis) data.
