摘要
基于对HYDRO粒状磷酸二铵 (DAP)工艺 60 0kt/a生产装置含氨尾气的质、热分析与传质传热推动力特征 ,提出了DAP尾气净化过程联产 2 0 0kt/a粉状磷酸一铵 (MAP)的气提浓缩一体化工艺。通过合理的工艺安排 ,尾气与稀磷酸净化反应 ,替代 2 0 0kt/aMAP的氨源和氨化料浆浓缩的能源 。
Based on the properties and quantities of material and enthalpy contained in the process exhaust from a 600 kt/a diammonium phosphate(DAP) production line built with HYDRO Granular DAP Technology, an unification process is developed to combine scrubbing of the DAP exhaust with stripping concentration of slurry for an attached 200 kt/a powdered monoammonium phosphate(MAP) production line. The utilization, through careful arrangement, of both the exhausted ammonia(3686 kg/h) and thermal energy (1.0×10 8 kJ/h) plus absorbing reaction heat (2.7×10 7 kJ/h) can effectively replace the raw source of ammonia and heat required for ammonization and concentration of phosphoric acid for 200 kt/a MAP. The recovery of exhausted heat below 118℃ can be substantially enhanced by mass transfer by direct contacting of tail gas and ammonium phosphate slurry. This novel unification process contributes to protection of both of environment and resurces.
