推动旅游与地方饮食文化的整合开发,培育饮食文化旅游的独特吸引力,成为旅游目的地发展的重要议题。作为一种独特的非物质文化遗产,食文化、酒文化和茶文化等中华饮食文化在地方旅游开发中表现为由菜系、民族民俗饮食、餐饮产业和节事构成的饮食景观体系,它们经组合成为饮食文化旅游资源,并通过对饮食文化资源的挖掘、餐饮产业的培育以及节事与文化活动的营销等,深度开发饮食文化旅游资源。
It is an important theme of developing tourism destinations to promote the integrative development of tourism and regional food culture and foster the unique attractions of food culture tourism.As a kind of unique intangible cultural heritage,Chinese food cultures including culinary culture,liquor culture,tea culture and so on are shown as a food landscape system in the course of regional tourism development,consisting of cuisine styles,national folk dieting,catering industry and food festivals,which can be integrated into food culture tourism resources and deeply developed by probing into food culture resources,fostering catering industry and marketing food festivals and cultural activities.
