摘要
当今企业之间的竞争归根到底是人才的竞争。因此,如何有效解决核心员工的流失风险管理问题应当引起企业的重点关注。本文首先对企业的核心员工、风险、人力资源流失风险、风险管理和人力资源流失风险管理的概念进行了界定和总结,并在实践中感性认识的基础上,从核心员工的典型案例、实证研究和管理对策等方面进行了深入的分析,提出了一套独特的减少企业风险损失的最优方案。
The competition among enterprises is the competition of talents in the final analysis. Therefore, how to solve the loss risk management problems of core staff effectively should be attached importance to by enterprises. This paper first defines and summarizes the concepts of enterprise core staff, risk, loss risk of human resource, risk management and loss risk management of human resource, makes a deep analysis on typical cases of core staff, empirical research and management strategies based on perceptual knowledge in practice and puts forward a set of unique and optimal schemes about the reduction of enterprise risk loss.
