摘要
目前,酒店行业薪酬制度仍然是基于职位的传统薪酬体制,这种传统薪酬体制已不能起到吸引、留住和激励现代雇员的作用。自助式整体薪酬是一种崭新的、多样化的薪酬制度,它以员工为中心,强调量身定制和多样化,解决了传统薪酬体制中一些紧迫的薪酬矛盾。本文探析了自助式薪酬管理的内涵,将自助式薪酬引入酒店薪酬管理中,对酒店整体薪酬进行了初步的设计。
At present,the salary system of hotel industry is still the traditional system which is based on the position.This system can't attract,retain and stimulate modern employees any more.The self-service overall salary is a brand-new and diversified salary system which focuses on the central position of employees, emphasizes the suitability and diversity and tackles some urgent salary contradictions in the traditional salary system.This paper analyses the connotation of the self-service salary management,tries to apply this new system to the hotel salary system,and comes up with the preliminary design of hotel overall pay.
