摘要
随着就业难度的不断加大,学生的职业生涯规划已经成了校园里的热门话题,也成为每年众多大学毕业生最为关注的热点。论文在探讨职业生涯规划的概念及意义的基础上,分析了当前高职院校学生职业生涯规划中存在的问题,提出了一系列针对性的对策。
With the difficulty of employment continuously increasing,students' professional career plan has been the hot topic on campus. Professional plan has become the hotspot many college students show the most solicitude for every year. Based on the discussion on the concepts and meanings of professional career plan,this paper analyzes the problems of students' professional career plan in high vocational colleges now and puts forward a series of countermeasures which aim at those problems.
