摘要
开展职业生涯规划教育对于促进大学生成人成才,缓解就业压力具有重要意义,这种做法已经受到高等院校的普遍重视,并得到了相应的发展。本文着重分析了当前高职院校的大学生在职业生涯规划中存在的问题,并积极探索解决问题的有效途径,为高职院校开展职业生涯规划教育提供有益的参考。
It is significant to carry out training in career planning for university and college students for promoting their maturity and success and meanwhile moderating the pressure on employment. This practice has developed accordingly and has been brought into focus in universities and colleges. This article mainly analyses the problems of students in the vocational and technical college in their career planning, and finds out positive ways to solve them.
