乳山湾养殖海区浮游植物群落结构及数量变动的研究 被引量:5

摘要 从海洋生态系统中的初级生产者-浮游植物的角度分析乳山湾的养殖环境现状,为建立合理的增养殖结构提供基础资料。作者于2004年3月~2005年2月调查研究了乳山湾牡蛎养殖海域浮游植物群落的物种组成及细胞丰度的周年变化。结果表明,该海区共有浮游植物2门50种,其中硅藻为优势类群,共43种,占总数的86%;甲藻为7种,占总数的14%。调查区浮游植物细胞丰度和生物量的周年变化呈双峰型,夏末秋初(8,9月)为最高峰,春季(3,4月)为次高峰。浮游植物细胞丰度的周年变化范围在(248~3 024)×104cells/m3,年平均密度为1 092×104cells/m3。浮游植物生物量的周年变化范围在1.97~40.67 mg/m3之间,年平均为13.26 mg/m3。中肋骨条藻为全年优势种。多样性指数的周年变化与均匀度基本一致,峰值出现在4,9和12月。丰富度的变化在春夏季与匀匀度大体一致,在秋冬则相反。优势度与多样性指数的变化趋势相反,峰值出现在7,10月,低谷出现在4,12月。 Rushan Bay located on Shandong Peninsula is one of the most important sea areas for aquaculture of marine bivalves in Shandong Province in China.To analyze the environmental conditions of Rushan Bay for mariculture on the basis the important marine primary producer-phytoplankton,and to provide basic information for the construction of appropriate fisheries management programs,we investigated the species composition and cell abundance variation of phytoplankton during March 2004 to February 2005 in the culture areas of Rushan Bay.A total of 50 species belonging to 2 phylum of phytoplankton were identified in the studied waters.Among them 43 species were Bacillariophyta, accouning for 86%,and 7 species were Pyrophyta,accounting for 14% of the total.The seasonal variation in phytoplankton abundance in Rushan Bay was typically of double-peak type.The highest peaks appeared in August and September,and the second highest peaks appeared in May and April.The cell number of phytoplankton ranged from 248×104 cells/m3 to 3 024×104 cells/m3,with a mean of 1 092×104 cells/m3.The phytoplankton biomass ranged from 1.97~40.67 mg/m3 annually,with a mean of 13.26 mg/m3.Skeletonena costatum was a dominant species throughout the whole year.The annual fluctuation of the Shannon-Wiener index was consistent with that of the evenness index,and its peak occurred in April,September and December,respectively.The variations in richness and evenness indexes were similar in spring and summer,but became contrary in autumn and winter.In contrast to the diversity index,the dominance index reached its peaks in July and October,but showed lower values in April and December.
